I used to work in Hollywood and often on food commercials. The food truck, which was a semi with a large trailer usually had a food crew of about thee to five cooks who were professional food preparers. Their job was the make the food look perfect for the camera.

Why doesn't the packaging come with the food truck?
On second thought, this should have been an advertisement for why not to eat packaged food.
