birthing protocols

I found this oldie on cell group birthing protocols - it's still relevant. In the diagram:

• X is the group leader
• H is the host
• S is an individual
• those with the subscript a are the apprentices

Birth type A and B work nicely. Type C is just a cold start from nothing is only as necessary. It should not be the norm in a healthy small group system.

To me, this is applicable to church planting as well ...
